Monday - juniors (age 9 to 16 ) 6pm to 7 pm
Seniors- ( 16 years and over ) 7:15pm to 8:45pm

Tuesday - women only keep fit 6:30pm to 7:30 pm

Wednesday - squad only juniors 6pm to 7pm senior 6:30 to 8pm

Thursday - juniors (age 9 to 16 ) 6pm to 7 pm
Seniors- ( 16 years and over ) 7:15pm to 8:45 pm

Friday - women only keep fit 6:30pm to 7:30pm
